Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Distilled Water
3 Mint Leaves
20 Drops Peppermint Oil
Optional: 1 Tbsp Fine Sea Salt,1/4 Cup ACV
Please note: You can use alkaline water, but be aware that you may have to use it much quicker.

For fresh minty breath and no harsh chemicals, articial colours or preservatives
- Heat the water and mint leaves for 3 minutes. To release enzymes in the mint leaves.
- Once heated add salt and leave to cool.
- Add your peppermint oil and ACV to the water.
- Done!
